We are again
asking for volunteers to foster kittens for
adoption. Fostering involves caring for (i.e. feeding and socializing) one or more
kittens until they are big enough for spay/neuter surgery (at least 2 pounds in weight),
and then helping to get them adopted (either at PetCo or through personal contacts.)
We also need people who can take foster kittens to PetCo on days we are
allowed to go. If you are interested, please contact Nancy Hitzemann at nhitz@hawaii.rr.com or call her at 329-4337.
·
We need volunteers
to help in feeding our feral colonies.
Many of our feeders feed 7 nights a week, and could really use a break for at least
one night per week. If you are able to help out with feeding, even if just for one
night a week, please reply to this e-mail.
